MAGILL, William George 'Bill' Jr. - Surrounded by the love of his family, Bill passed away in his 89th year on Sunday September 9, 2018.
He was the last surviving child of the late William George Magill Sr. and Mary Magill. Predeceased by his siblings, Regina, James, Audrey, Thomas and Lowell.
He leaves behind his loving & devoted wife and best friend, Heather (nee McMinn).
He was the proud dad of Kim (Christine), Robyn (Michael), Cathy (Scott), and Kevin (Virginia) and the much loved Grandpa of Kelly (Lucas), Paul (Flavia), Ryan, Michael, Allyson (Dustin), Erin, and Brendan, and special GG to Michael, Patrick, Alicia, Nicole, and Natalie.
He will also be missed by his brother-in-laws Keith (Margaret) and Paul (Elizabeth) McMinn as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Many thanks to Matthews House Hospice in Alliston for their kind, compassionate and loving care of Bill during his final days.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the G.H. Hogle Funeral Home, Etobicoke, ON. Funeral service on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel. Interment at Toronto, ON.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or Matthews House Hospice, Alliston, ON.
