KIRU, Trajka 'Teresa' (nee Botsaris) - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of an extraordinary woman, Trajka 'Teresa' Kiru on Thursday, September 12th, 2019 at the age of 81.
Beloved wife of Trajko 'Ted' Kiru.
Loving mother of John (Valerie), Helen, Bill (Marta), and Chris (Maria).
Proud grandmother 'Babe' of Jon (Samantha), Jennifer (Shaun), Alexandria, Nicholas, Matthew, Stefanie, and Christopher. Cherished great-grandmother of Chase and Madison.
Trajka touched so many lives and will be remembered and missed by her family and many friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Monday, September 16th, from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. A funeral service will be held at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 1 Brookhaven Drive, Toronto on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019 at 10am. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
