VAPPER, Berhard - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Bernhard, on January 26, 2020, at the age of 97.
Loving father to Vilja, Leelo and Ken, predeceased by his wife Endla, children, Leena and Mati.
He will be missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
