MacMILLAN, Keir Charles - 1930 - 2021
Peacefully, on Friday, June 4, 2021, in his 91st year, at Baycrest Palliative Care Unit following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Beloved husband of the late Catherine (Watson).
Proud father of Keith, and Craig (Elaine).
Loving grandfather of Ashley (Eric) and great-grandfather of Hailey.
Dear brother of Ruby Whyte. Predeceased by his six sisters Eva, Mae, Florence, Margaret, Annie, and Kay.
Keir will also be forever remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Keir was the successful owner of Sunhawk Alignment Service Ltd. for over 50 years.
He was a longtime member of the Alpha-Tuscan Lodge #384 for 67 years. Keir will be dearly missed at his favourite spot, the cottage on Head Lake.
So many memories were made there with family and friends. Special thank you to Dr. Amos of the Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care and the nurses from the LHIN for their compassion and kindness during home care visits.
An interment and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations in memory of Keir may be made to the Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care.
