CRATE, Marsha Lynn Crate - Passed away after a short illness, on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at the age of 75.
She was born Marsha Snitman on August 17, 1947, to Charles and Beryl (nee Derrick) Snitman.
Marsha is survived by her husband, David; and two children, Damon (Kyra) and Ashleigh (John); and grandchildren, James, Cali, Ellis and Nico.
Marsha is also survived by her siblings, Brian (Helen), Laura (Peter), Hyla, Harvey (Romaine), Tina, and Leisa (Joe).
Marsha was always there to offer selfless support to family and friends.
Her family, and particularly her grandchildren, were the light of her life.
She enjoyed baking and doing creative projects with them and was always available to help shuttle someone off to swimming lessons or to babysit.
David and Marsha enjoyed travelling, and recently visited both Europe and the Caribbean. When they weren't travelling, Marsha loved gardening, especially with the helping hands of her grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her husband, children, grandchildren and siblings, all of whom are slightly lost without Marsha's presence.
A Celebration of Marsha's Life will be held at The Old Mill (9 Old Mill Road), on September 30th, from 4 to 7 p.m .
