HOLMES, Margaret - It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Holmes announces her passing on Saturday, October 29, 2022.
Margaret was beloved sister to David Holmes (Lynda) and the late Ann Falls (Bruce).
She was a wonderful Aunt to Kathryn (Roy), Stephen (Jill) and Robert Falls, and John and Jeffery (Dianne) Holmes; and kind great-aunt to Alison and James Colalillo, and Daniel Holmes.
She will also be remembered by many cousins.
Margaret passed peacefully after a short illness.
Margaret was an early graduate of the Home Economics Program at the University College, University of Toronto.
She went on to teach Home Economics in Niagara Falls and Port Credit.
She enjoyed many visits to the U.K., and was a great support to her family during her retirement.
Her life was celebrated in a private family gathering.
