DEAR, Marion May Newell (nee WILLIAMS) - March 5, 1925 - November 17, 2022
Marion passed quietly at home, at the age of 97.
Cremation has been arranged, and a memorial service will be planned for a future date.
She was predeceased by her life partner, Fred Brown, in January 2021.
She will be missed and remembered by her children, Diana, Peggy and Mike.
She was also predeceased by her daughter, Linda, in 2017.
She was a grandmother to Bonnie, Don, Michael, Donna, Janet, John D., Michelle, and the late John J. and Phillip; great-grandmother to Stephen, Bradley, Rhiannon, Eric, Thomas, Brittany, Taylor, Avery, Mathew, Cassidy, Karly, Rachel, Malarie, Keira and Amelia; and great-great-grandmother to Aden, Emma, Gideon, Ray and Ava.
Marion was a strong woman who raised her children by herself.
She was a working woman her entire life, and finished her office career at Eaton's.
She once carried us in her arms and held our hand to cross the street, now we carry her within our hearts forever.
