JESSUP, Anthony (Tony) John Louis - 1929-2018 Sadly, but peacefully, on February 15, 2018 in Belleville, Ontario at Hastings Manor.
Born April 26, 1929, in Polegate, UK, he joins now his beloved wife of 62 years, Audrey Jessup (nee Frapple) who passed in 2016.
He leaves behind his son Mark (Heather), daughters Susan (Michael) and Cindy (Calvin), 3 grandsons, Timothy, Simon and Liam, 3 grandaughters, Lauren, Briar and Reilly and 2 great-granddaughters, Aria and Violet.
We have deeply missed him for the last year due to his courageous fight with Alzheimer's.
Tony worked a number of years in auto parts for Ford Canada, then later in life became a Mail Carrier for Canada Post He was an active member of the Willowdale Tennis Club, enjoyed hiking and traveling with Audrey and in his retirement enjoyed intarsia woodworking and produced a number of beautiful pieces.
As per his wishes, his body has been donated to the University of Toronto Anatomy Department.
The family thanks the wonderful staff at Hastings Manor for their care.
