Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
Loving wife of Dr. Wilmot Tackoor for 56 years.
Cherished mother of Des (Judy), Jacinta Tackoor-Aljarmy (Tawfeeq) and Suran (Crystal). Adored Grandmother to Dena, Dylan, Jordan, Cassandra, Sarina and Kayla.
Devoted daughter to Col. Irene Barthelemy.
Hyacinth will be remembered by Doreen Cook and by many extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave E., on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Cremation.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Diabetes Canada.
