Irvine AnneIRVINE, Anne  -  1929 - 2020 We are saddened to announce, Anne Irvine, 91, passed away Saturday December 19, 2020, in Unionville, ON.

Anne is survived by her loving children Carrie, Craig and Brad, son-in-law Tim, daughters-in-law Amy and Amy, grandchildren Connor, Reid, Olivia, Easton, and Cade.

Anne Grabowski was born in Poland and immigrated to Canada as a young child.

The Grabowski family settled in the west end of Toronto and helped to establish a thriving Polish community there.

Under the loving guidance of parents Walter and Cecilia, Anne, along with sister Mary and brothers Peter and Victor, grew up in a warm home embracing their new country, while always celebrating their Polish heritage.

Shortly after Anne joined the workforce, she met Harold, the love of her life.

They were soon married and started their amazing journey together.

What followed was three children, a new business, a cottage, and the best of times.

Anne was a loving wife and partner, caring mother, as well as a generous sister and friend. She became a grandmother and "Babcia" who adored her five grandchildren.

During their marriage of 60 years, Hal and Anne worked hard to build a business and raise a family, but always maintained a healthy perspective.

We are heartbroken over the loss but are comforted by the fact she had a wonderful life filled with much love, success, and happiness. We would like to thank the caring staff at Sunrise of Unionville. In keeping with Anne's wishes there will not be a visitation or funeral services.

There will be a private family memorial in the spring.

If desired, we ask family and friends to make a kind gesture to someone in need, or a donation to a worthy cause in her memory.
