GRIMALDI, Joseph Peter - November 21, 1928 – January 19, 2021 With great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Joseph Peter Grimaldi on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at the age of 92.
Sadly missed by his beloved wife, Grace (nee Teresi).
He will be deeply missed by his children, Joanne (Brad), Rosemarie, Sal (Laura), AnnMarie (Dave), and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Melanie, Danielle, Christina, Joseph, David, Brittney and Michael.
Joseph had a very successful career as a Sound Editor, winning many awards and commendations.
He loved life and everyone loved him. He had many friends from the cottage, which he built and cared for for 50 years, his winters in Florida, as well as his local neighbours.
His passion was his family, playing his organ and expanding his model train layout.
His life was focused on the love he shared with Grace and their marriage of 65 years.
Due to COVID-19, a private family ceremony was held.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Joe may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
