HOWCHIN, Margorie Ethel (nee ELAND) - September 29, 1925 - January 20, 2021
Peacefully in hospital, in her 96th year.
Married for 64 years to her beloved best friend Ronald (Ron) Malcolm Howchin who predeceased her in 2013.
Predeceased by her two dear bothers Frank (Ted) Eland and Clifford (Cliff) Eland.
Marje will be deeply missed by her loving daughter Kimberley Anne Howchin, family members and her lifelong friends.
An avid bridge player, Marje was a welcome partner to all who played with her.
In retirement, she enjoyed golfing in Florida and summer months at the cottage. In her 90s, Marje developed an interest in birding and could often be found at a local park with Kim, scanning the bushes for her favourite bird, the cardinal.
A loyal friend and a force of nature, Marje will be held dear in the hearts of family and friends.
