KOBAYASHI, Arthur Shogo  -  June 9, 1929 – January 21, 2021 CD (Canadian Decoration)

Passed away peacefully, at Sunnybrook Veterans Centre in Toronto, age 91 years, due to pneumonia.

Loving Husband of Misako, Father of James (Yoko Kuramochi) and Helen.

Brother of Jean Peasah (late Joseph) and late David Fumio (late Masae), Son of late Kazuo and late Chiyono, Uncle for many nephews and nieces. Arthur was a good man who enjoyed being active in Japanese Canadian communities, Church.

Was a Korean War Vet with Canadian Forces (awarded CD).

During WWII, he survived the Lemon Creek, B.C. Japanese Canadian internment camp.

He was born in Vancouver, B.C.
