Colomby GeriCOLOMBY, Geri   - April 6, 1932 – March 5, 2021

Geri Colomby (nee Danko), passed away peacefully, with her family and her beloved cat Tiger by her side.

Geri was predeceased by her late husband Mickey (2010), her siblings Morris, Frank, Reg, Jean and Alyce and her parents Pearl and Joseph.

Geri will be missed by her children Joel (Lynne), Caren, Danny (Miriam) and Sandy (Hub), her grandchildren Josh (Stephanie), Courtney (Stephen), Jasmine, Jennifer (Allan), Michael and Natalie and her great-grandchildren Landon, Hayden, Jake, Liam and Lyla.

"Aunt Deanie" was well-loved by her nieces, nephews and their families.

Geri and Mickey lived in Toronto, Moncton, Don Mills, Thornhill and then retired to Lagoon City and Mesa, Arizona.

After Mickey's passing, Geri moved to Elliot Lake where she made lasting friendships.

In the last 4 months of her life, she moved in with her daughter and son-in-law Sandy and Hub, in St. Catharines.

Geri was known for her spectacular gardens and her gracious hospitality.

Her generosity led her to help and support others in need.

Geri played piano beautifully and her home was filled with the sound of music.

Her other passion was animals and she always had a pet by her side. Geri will be remembered for her sharp wit, quick intelligence, incredible energy and a "can do" attitude. She was happiest when she was with her family and her many relatives.

A celebration of life service will take place online, through Zoom, on March 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. EST.

Urn interment will take place at a later date in Fonthill (Niagara Region).
