Merritt MarleneMERRITT, Marlene   - February 11, 1938 - May 7, 2021

Marlene Merritt (Archdekin) passed with peace and grace at her home on May 7, 2021 with her family at her side, survived by her husband, Bill, daughters Karen (Roy), and Diane (Steve), and grandchildren Kirk, Lisa, Lindsey, Krista, Connor and Darryl and brother Leo Archdekin and sister Charlene Gallagher.

Born in Mayfield, Ontario, 9th of 10 children, she met and married Bill in 1958 and put her energies into work, homemaking and eventually her two girls.

After a career with Ontario Hydro, she retired at 55 and began their many travels, fellowship with her church, various crafts and many, many family and friends gatherings.

She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose greatest passion was helping others.

She leaves us rich in memories.

Donations can be made to the ALS Society in memory of Marlene Merritt.
