WELTNER, Hildegard - Passed away peacefully on August 17, 2021 in Kitchener in her 97th year.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Heinz-Wilhelm.
Loving mother of Silke, Dorothee (Mat), Hans (Helene), Axel, Jürgen (Kamini).
Oma of Sasha (Mike), Rebecca (Andrew), Heather (Luc), Max, Kyle, Kirsten (Dan), Fritz (Clare), Katarina (Des), Natasha, Adrian and Great-Oma of Tristan, Aidhan, Sabrina, Madeleine, and Cassidy.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Freeport Hospital and Lanark Village for their care and compassion.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 22, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Advent Lutheran Church, 2800 Don Mills Rd., Toronto.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Advent Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer Society of Canad.
