HEMSWORTH, Ron - With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ron Hemsworth, a.k.a. Ron Edwards, Daddy/ Ol’ Pa on August 17, 2021.
Son of George & Mary (Mayo) last of his siblings John (Jack), George, & Georgina (Gena).
A Jack of all Trades, master of many, he had multiple careers; most memorable were his semi-pro boxing years from 1962-1971 followed by his successful brick and tuckpointing companies.
He will be loved & missed by his families & friends in Nova Scotia, Ontario & around the world, leaving behind his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and others.
His humour & stories will live on forever as he journeys to the “Big Game”.
Cremation & private family honours will occur & he will finally rest with his parents & siblings in Nova Scotia.
