Marconi FredMARCONI, Fred Vincent  - With heavy hearts the family of Fred Vincent Marconi sadly announce his passing, on Saturday, August 28, 2021.

He passed away peacefully, with his daughters by his side, in his 88th year.

Much-loved proud father of daughters, Lisa Marconi (Allen), Andrea and Paula (Chris).

Predeceased by his loving parents Mary and Nazzareno Marconi. Beloved younger brother of Elvira Janicki (Chester, deceased). Uncle to Richard Janicki and Gloria Kovach.

He will be dearly missed by cousins, Lou Marconi (Donna), Florio Marconi (deceased) (Norine), Cynthia Marconi (Colin) and the Prigione family.

Survived by the loving mother of his children, Romana Marconi.

Fred spent many years in the investment sector in Toronto - FCSI, CFA.

A former Vice President at Cassels Blaikie Investment Management Ltd., he went on to establish Priority Capital Management Inc. with Norm Stefnitz. Many of his clients became his trusted friends.

A lifelong avid horseman, he was proud of earning his 'Pinks' as a Hunter/Jumper, and trained in dressage in later years. Fiercely proud of his Italian heritage, he enjoyed all things Italian, particularly Sambuca. He loved jazz music and was a great dancer!

He was a devoted father sharing a special bond with his three daughters who will especially miss his story-telling and sense of humour. Ride on Dad. Save us a spot under a shady tree. We miss you every day. Until we are together again, love from your girls. Cremation has taken place.

A celebration of Fred's life will be held at a later date.

Contributions in his memory may be made to Equine Guelph (University of Guelph) (https://www.equineguelph.ca/donations/donate.php) or to the Canadian Cancer Society (https://cancer.ca/en/ways-to-give).
