Pita AntonioPITA, Antonio Pita, Jr.  -  It is with sadness that his family announces the passing of Antonio Pita on January 3, 2024, at the age of 81 years.

Antonio leaves to mourn: his children, Gabriela (Glenn Urquhart), and Patrice (Rafael Tolentino); his grandchildren, Olivia, Jessica, Daniella, and Michelle; his surviving brother, Jose Pita; first wife and mother to his children, Cleide Pita, and longtime ex-partner and dear friend, Teresa Pimenta.

He is also remembered for his beloved son, Cristiano Pita, who passed in 2000, as well as the cherished family he adored as his own: Manuel Pacheco, his wife, Liliane, and their children, Vanessa and Lucas, who mourn the loss of their grandfather.

Antonio, a devoted member of the Catholic faith, touched the lives of many people as a fun-loving and caring friend who could always be counted on when called upon for help.

He leaves behind many close friends, some with friendships spanning over 55 years, along with their wives and children who mourn the loss of their dear friend and companion.

Additionally, he leaves behind a large extended family of cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless others to grieve.

Despite numerous health challenges, Antonio cherished life with unwavering faith and grace, offering strength and encouragement even when others doubted themselves.

The family expresses gratitude to the kind and caring Nurse Sandra Bretilu for her dedicated, impeccable, and loving care, particularly during Antonio's final palliative days.

May Antonio rest in peace.

His memory is forever cherished by those whose lives he touched with his warmth, generosity, and deep faith.
