FORGET, Lea "Irma" Forget - May 23, 1934 – December 15, 2021
Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Lea Irmeli Forget, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021 at the age of 87 at Hillsdale Estate Oshawa.
Dearly beloved wife of Guy Forget (deceased).
Loving mother of Raymond Forget, Theresa Forget (Katherine Smith), Richard Forget and Joseph Laplante.
Cherished Mummi (grandmother) of Jennifer Sampson (Christopher), Lia Laplante, Robyn Laplante and Iso Mummi (great grandmother) of Connor Sampson and Kyla Sampson.
Mother figure to Johnny Federchuk (Cally) and their daughter Sonja (Jamie Strong) and grandson Weslee Strong.
Dear sister to Ilkka Tulikoura (Arja), Inkeri Tulikoura (Raimo) and Hellevi Tulikoura.
Irmeli was a kind and gentle person who loved her family very much.
She had a smile and infectious laugh that would light up the room. Irmeli was adored and loved by all who knew her. She will be fondly lovingly remembered by family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 91 Ribblesdale Drive, Whitby on Tuesday, December 28th at 10:30 am.
The family have requested that all attendees be double vaccinated.
