GILBERT, Louise Anne - April 6, 1950 - February 9, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Louise Anne Gilbert.
She passed away peacefully at Bay Ridges Long Term Care on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, in her 72nd year.
She was a loving wife to Peter of 51 years.
Beloved mother of Jeff (Nicole) and Natalie (Adam) and adored Grammie of Emmersyn, Parker, Mikale, Mckenna and Marcus.
She is survived by her Mom, Hilda Cyr and predeceased by her father, Zoel Cyr. Louise was the eldest sister to Pauline (Mike), Pierre (Kathy), Charlie (Jolene) and Lynn (James).
A dear sister-in-law to Peggy (Brian), Leslie (Joe), Wendy (David), Judy (Bruce), and the late Michael Gilbert.
She will be forever missed by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She will be remembered fondly by extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will take place for family and friends in May.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
