CHALK, Kathleen - It is with profound sadness that we announce that Kathy Chalk passed away unexpectedly with family by her side on March 28, 2022 at the age of 64 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Katelan (Kyle) and Wesley (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Karalynn and Benjamin; her brother, Kevin; her sisters, Karen (Paul) and Kerri (Jim); as well as her large extended family and many beloved friends.
Kathy was a strong, outgoing woman with an irresistible sense of humour. She was a loving mother, grandma, and friend.
She will be dearly missed by everyone that knew her.A visitation will be held at Mount Lawn Funeral Home in Whitby on April 8 starting at 11am, followed by a memorial service at 1pm.
Memorial donations may be made in Kathy Chalk’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff on C7 and in the Critical Care unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and compassion.
