THOMPSON, Larry Thompson - 1952 - 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Larry “Papa” David Thompson at the age of 69, on April 29th, 2022 in Sudbury, Ontario.
Beloved son of James and Ruby (nee Smith), both predeceased.
Cherished father of Jason (Fi), Bryan (Melanie) and Esther (Tom) and Jennifer.
Proud Papa of Aiden, Calleigh, Kaitlyn, Alaina, Marek, Bryson and Courtney.
Will be fondly remembered by his siblings Gary, Sandra (pre-deceased) Sheila, Wayne, Randy and RickLarry was a family man who enjoyed watching the Toronto Maple Leafs or in his younger years, catching a walleye or two.
He was the epitome of strength and resilience throughout his adult years and held on to his wry humour throughout it all.
A small family gathering will take place followed by an internment at Erskine Cemetary in Pickering Ontario, where he will be laid to rest with his daughter, Jennifer.
