WASHBURN, Stephen John Washburn - 1967-2020
Stephen John Washburn passed away suddenly on October 29, 2020 at the age of 52.
Stephen was born in Scarborough, Ontario.
He graduated from Durham College with a diploma in journalism. He went on to enjoy a long and successful career at Metroland Media.
Stephen had an enormous love for his dogs, Roxie Hart and Lucy.
They were his precious fur babies who loved him very much and will miss him terribly.
Stephen had a kind soul, huge heart and an even bigger smile.
He was a generous, loving, caring person who was loved very much and will be missed by his family and friends. We will all cherish the wonderful memories we have of Stephen.
Stephen is survived by his mother, Barbara Ann Washburn (nee Dey), sisters, Jacqueline (Carl), Carolyn (Dennis Brian), Josephine (David), nieces Jordan (Jesse), Hailey, nephews Jacob (Jesmyne), Dylan (Katrina), Nathan (Rachel), step-nephews Trey and Fin, great nephews Ewan and Charlie and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Stephen is predeceased by his father, John Carl Washburn. Arrangements with McEachnie Funeral Home.
