Peacefully passed away, at his home on June 22, 2023, at the age of 92.
Beloved husband of Monique Foley.
Loving father of Louise Cuneo, Joanne Sleeman (Perry), and Debbie Foley.
Cherished grandfather of Kaytlin (Waseem), David (Nicole), and Kyle (Rivcah).
Predeceased by his brother Raymond.
Stephen will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
He was full of life and was always the life of the party.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 7-9 p.m. with Prayers at 8:30 p.m. at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa).
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Toronto.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
