BORISKO, John - On June 29, 2022, we lost a father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
Sadly the Maple leafs lost their #1 fan. He apologized that he couldn't hold his breath any longer.
John was predeceased by his wife, Isla, married 67 years, they had 3 sons, Steve (Julie), Stuart (Diane), Iain (Robin). John was a proud poppy to Meghan, Adam (Kristen), Samantha (Mark), Eric (Sydney), Blake and a proud great-grandfather (poppy2) to Magnus, Caleb and Gunnar. John proudly served with the Patricia Pats Light infantry during WWII.
Dad had a good long life and it was finally time for him to join his wife and siblings.
There will be Visitation at 10 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. and a Reception afterwards, on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough.
