Suddenly, on March 13, 2024 at Humber River Hospital, Eugene (Gene) passed away at the age of 101.
Born in Toronto on June 25, 1922.
Loving husband, father and grandfather.
Predeceased by his wife (November 2, 2006), Thelma of 61 years; and son, Paul (February 9, 2018).
Will be deeply missed and loved by his daughter, Rhonda; grandchildren, Tracy (Vince), Christine and Robert; and his great-grandchildren; and extended family members, and his special friends.
A special thanks to the staff of Weston Terrace for their compassionate care.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 16th, at 2 p.m., at York Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Road, North York. Visitation from 1-2 p.m. Cremation will take place at a later date.
