FLEESE, Rosaline - Rosaline passed away peacefully, with her family by her side after a lengthy battle with COPD on Friday, March 15, 2024, at the age of 78.
She is now reunited with her parents, Joseph and Margaret Albert (nee Harris); and her husband, Douglas F. Fleese.
She was the beloved mother to Doug (Connie), and Margaret (Kevin); and treasured friend of William Carr. Rosaline was the cherished Grandma of Katie, Conor, and Evan.
Rosaline's career with Scotiabank spanned over 30 years and at the age of 55, she retired so she could spend more quality time with her family and friends.
She had a profound love of music, her family, but her greatest joy in life were her grandchildren whom she adored. Rosaline was a woman of tremendous faith and was an active member of Cooksville United Church and UCW.
She will be deeply missed by those whose lives she touched, and will always be remembered for her wonderful sense of humour and sharp wit.
Family and friends will be received at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home, Oakville, ON, on Friday, March 22, 2024, from 10 until 11 a.m. Rosaline's Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11 a.m., in the Chapel. Interment and a Reception will follow.
If desired, donations in Rosaline's memory may be made to Cooksville United Church, or to Trillium Health Partners Palliative Care Unit.
