JAGOS, Elizabeth (Betty) -
June 15, 1922 – April 19, 2024
Peacefully, with family by her side, at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital, we lost a remarkably kind mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was predeceased by her husband, John (2008); and leaves behind her daughter, Betty McConvey (Jim); and son, Daniel (Susan); along with 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
Her greatest love was her family, and she leaves us with many beautiful memories.
A talented seamstress, she also prepared many family feasts and her kindness to everyone was legendary. Rest in Peace Mom.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, North York, from 1-2 p.m. Funeral Service will follow. Committal Prayers will take place following Chapel Services at 3:15 p.m., at York Cemetery, 160 Beecroft Road, North York.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elizabeth's memory to the Arthritis Society.
