He is survived by his beloved children Denise, Jeron, Nadia, Keelia and Renée. Howard will be dearly missed by his siblings Lorna, Knox, Winsome, Patrick, Clive and Bryan.

SIKORSKI, Jacek 'Jack' - (October 5, 1951 – November 19, 2018)
At 6 p.m. on Monday November 19, 2018, surrounded by closest family, Jack Sikorski consented to a medically assisted death.
Jack's cancer had progressed and his quality of life was greatly diminished; he was grateful for the choice to prevent further suffering and die on his own terms, as he had lived.

SMITH, Mary Jane (Buckley) Smith - 94, of Toronto, passed peacefully to her eternal rest on November 19, 2018, at Weston Terrace Care Community.
She lived in Toronto all her life, daughter of the late Madeline Isabel (Morgan) Buckley and James Buckley.
Mary worked in many administrative assistant positions, in both private and government businesses and thoroughly loved Toronto, always extolling its virtues.
She was a great fan of cinema, music, Frank Sinatra, fashion, crossword puzzles and cultural events. She also was enthusiastic about pets, especially dogs of all sizes and breeds. Mary had a great zest for life and enjoyed laughter, socializing, parties, jokes and activities.
CHIN, Ruby - Died peacefully in her sleep on Monday November 19, 2018 at Shepherd Lodge Nursing Home, Scarborough, Ontario.
She was predeceased by Ralph in 1989.
She is survived by Leslie (Carmen), Tony (Maxine), Patrick (Enid, deceased 2010), Doreen, Hubert (Jean), 12 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.

Eugenijus was born in Kaunas, Lithuania, the son of Leonas and Valerija. At an early age, he began studying violin at the Kaunas Music Conservatory, the start of a lifelong love of music.
