BENNION, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" (nee O'CONNOR) - Died peacefully at home in Toronto, on August 10, 2018, after a too-brief battle with cancer.
She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
Betty was born on April 29, 1951 in Alberton, PEI to her parents, Bernadine and Clement O'Connor.
Betty is survived by her husband, Doug Bennion of Toronto; her daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Andy Tait of Hinsdale, IL; her son and his partner, Jamie Bennion and Rosemary Sostaric, of Toronto; her brothers, Bernie and Ernie O'Connor; and two grandchildren, Agatha and Archer Tait.
As per her wishes, a very informal, drop-in visitation will be held on August 17, 2018, anytime from 1-4 p.m. at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 275 Lesmill Road. There will be no service.
