EVANS, Ethel Gertrude (nee WARD) - January 5, 1925 - August 9, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ethel Evans on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Winbourne Park Long Term Care Home in Ajax.
Beloved wife of Donald Evans. Loving mother of Robert (Linda), Janet (Garnet), Doug (Marian), Don (Jean) and Sandy (Gerry). Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her brother Jim.
Survived by her brothers Charles, Art and Roy. Ethel was hard working, loved to knit, a loving mother and bright light in many peoples lives.
There will be a Celebration of Life held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd.
If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society, would be appreciated.
