MOES, Joan Margaret (Densem) - At age 86, on August 21, 2018 at her home in Toronto.
Joan chose Medical Assistance in Dying from colorectal cancer and was attended and surrounded by her loving family: daughter, Elizabeth and grandchildren Saskia and Anya, daughter Jessica, and daughter-in-law Lise and grandchildren Oliver and Maxine.
Joan is predeceased by her husband Peter Moes, her son Christopher Moes and parents Elsie and Charles Densem.
Memorial at Polo II Party Room, 44 St. Joseph Street, September 15, 2018, 2:00-5:00.
