PALUMBO, Concetta 'Connie' - God called Connie peacefully on Thursday August 23, 2018 at the age of 75.
She is now reunited in heaven with her loving husband, Oreste.
Cherished by her dear children, Michael (Elizabeth), Peter (Susan), and Oliana (Kyle Brodie).
Proud Nonna to Marc, John, Sarah, Alexandra, Madison and Makayla.
Connie will always be remembered by her siblings Roger Porretti (late Jackie), and Marisa Ciccolini (Max); by her sister-in-law Pasquarosa (Settimio Stornelli), late brother-in-law Domenico (late Palmerina), sister-in-law Ivana (Carmine Ferrari), and sister-in-law Santina (Sabatino Torrelli) of Italy.
She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will take place at the Vescio funeral home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Sunday August 26, 2018 from 4-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday August 27, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Ave., north of Rutherford Rd.). Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (on Jane St., north of Steeles Ave.).
If so desired, donations in memory of Connie may be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
