MAXTED, John Mervin - Born June 6, 1926 - Died October 1, 2018 - Passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord on October 1, 2018 at Markham Stouffville Hospital.
Predeceased by Margaret, his loving wife of 60 years (2008).
Beloved father of John (Louise), Mark (Sharon), Randolph, Steve and Paul.
Dear Grandpa of Johnny (Amy), Heidi (Steve), Justin (Vicky), Katrina, Brittany, Anthony (Samantha) and Brianna.
Loving Papa of Will, Erin, Matthew, Amanda, Emma and Alexandra.
Survived by many nieces and nephews in the Hamilton area.
Visitation is at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home, Markham, Ontario, Thursday, October 4th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral will be held Friday, October 5th, at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m also at Chapel Ridge. Burial will take place Saturday, October 6th from 10:30 am to 12 noon at Hamilton, Ontario, 10:30 to 12:00 p.m.
