SCAINI, Valentino "Val" - August 03, 1948 - October 01, 2018
With sadness, we announce the death of Valentino "Val" Scaini who died in his home in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 70.
Born in Gradiscutta di Varmo, Italy, Valentino and his family immigrated to Toronto in 1962.
He worked as an industrial electrician and was an avid golfer and passionate follower of the sport.
Val is survived by his sister, Marisa (Matteo) Cargnelli, a niece, two nephews, and nine great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, October 6th, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. A private interment service will follow in Welland, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cardiac Program at Trillium Health Partners Foundation.
