HAMMOND, Todd Phillip - Todd passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 5, 2018, at the Michael Garron Hospital.
Beloved father to Madison, fiancé to Deanna, brother to Ryan and Beth Hammond and son to Michelle and Dana Hammond. Todd will be missed by many.
Todd was a wonderful man, thoughtful, kind and respectful of others with a love for life and all it had to offer. He lived each day to the fullest! He will be terribly missed by those who loved him.
Many thanks to the doctors and nurses care and compassion in the ICU at the Michael Garron Hospital, and a special thank you to nurses Sally and Allen for their care and compassion and for never failing to lift our spirits.
Please join us in celebrating Todd’s life; the visitation will be held at the Giffen-Mack funeral home, 2570 Danforth Ave., Toronto on Thursday, October 11th between 4 and 8 pm, and Friday, October 12th between 9:30 and 10:30am, also at the funeral home. The funeral will be held on Friday, October 12th at the St. Bartholomew’s Church, 509 DUndas St. E., Toronto at 11:00am.
