ISAAC, George Ernest  - February 15, 1920 - October 4, 2018

Born in Kipling, Saskatchewan, George passed away in his 99th year, living independently in his home of 62 years.

He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy Craig (1983), mother of his children Douglas and Janet (Larry Charbonneau). George remarried in 1990 to Shirley Dean, who died in 1995.

He was very proud of his children Douglas and Janet and his 4 grandchildren Kyle and Brooke Charbonneau, Neil and Phil Isaac.

George is survived by his sisters Adele Slavik and Grace Czegledi.

He was predeceased by his brothers Elmer and Wally and sisters Elvera Takach, Marienne Norris and Matti Phalen. George enjoyed family gatherings, spending time at the cottage on Georgian Bay and was an active member of the Presbyterian Church. George was a Chartered Accountant by profession. Prior to retirement he held a senior position with the Ontario Rent Review program.

Visitation will be held at the Hogle Funeral Home, Etobicoke on Thursday, October 11th from 4:00–8:00 p.m. The funeral will be held at Mimico Presbyterian Church, 119 Mimico Ave., Etobicoke on Friday, October 12th at 11:00 a.m.
