WEBSTER, Frances Anne - June 5, 1932 – October 18, 2018
Fran passed away quietly after a brief time at North York General Hospital.
Fran was a most loved and cherished mother to Peter and Christine (David).
She always encouraged them to follow their individual paths. She was a wife to the late James Stephen Rymal Humble Webster, sister of Lois Borowy and daughter of the late Hector and Phyllis Humprey. She so enjoyed being an Aunt to Janet (Shelly) Patrick, Cathy (David), Emily, Will, Jacob, Brian (Gill) Michael, David and Kenny and John.
She shared many an introspective conversation with her cousin Diane and most recently so enjoyed celebrating her cousin Barb and her husband Russ' recent 60th Wedding Anniversary.
Fran was a warm spirited woman with many interests. A graduate in 1955 of Toronto Western Hospital in Nursing.
In her later years, she joined The Arts and Letters Club and served on the board for two years. She assisted in many ways at the club and enjoyed being surrounded by the sprit of great creativity. Fran was curious, pragmatic and an example of strength and grace.
We will gather to honour her Sunday, December 2nd, 2-5 p.m. at The Arts and Letters Club, 14 Elm Street, Toronto.
