HEWITT, Irene June - Born in Toronto. Passed away, in her 88th year, on Sunday, November 4, 2018.
Predeceased by her husband Charles Gordon James.
June lived a fulfilling life as a loving mother to Jim (Ann), Sheila (Bob), Barbara (Ted), Dorothy, Joanne (Jon), Carole (Scott) and Kevin.
Grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 3. After raising her 7 children, she went back to school in her 40s and started her career at Victoria University in the University of Toronto until retirement.
Mom enjoyed reading, playing board games, listening to the CBC, watching the Maple Leafs and Blue Jays and most of all spending time with her family and beloved dog Bailey.
Mom was a vocal supporter of the Friends and Families of Schizophrenics.
