O'BRIEN, Edward Patrick 'Ed' - Born on October 27, 1930, in Cork, Ireland. Died on November 20, 2018, in Toronto, Canada.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary (Maura), his sister Maureen and brother Raymond.
Dear father to Jacinta (George Zukovs), Aidan (Valerie) and Niall (Elena Angeloni).
Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Catriona, Deirdre, Joseph, Kieran, Lesia, Maria, Michael, Patrick, and Sean, and great-grandchildren Jeffery, Kaylee and Lynne.
He leaves his brother, Barry, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends in Canada, Ireland, England and the US.
Visitation on Friday, November 30, from 5 to 9 pm at Bernardo Funeral Home, Etobicoke. Funeral Mass at 9:30 am on Saturday, December 1, at St. Roch’s Parish, 2889 Islington Ave., Weston. Burial immediately following at Woodbridge.
May his gentle and patient soul rest in peace.
The family is grateful to everyone at the Palliative Care Unit of the Baycrest Health Sciences Centre for their compassionate care during Edward’s last days.
