Passed away November 20, 2018 in her 95th year.
Predeceased by her cherished husband of 72 years, John Ward (2013).
Loving mother of Darlene O'Farrell (Mike) and Len Ward (Mary).
Survived by sister Lillian (Stan) Simmons.
Nanny to Jeff, John, Sara, Mathew and Nancy and their children. Jessie grew up and raised her family in New Toronto.
Retired to Newmarket where she was the driving force in creating the seniors centre.
She spent her final years being warmly cared for by the devoted staff of Riverstone, Bancroft.
A Memorial Service will be held at Taylor Funeral Home, Newmarket, on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 1 p.m. preceded by a visitation from 12 - 1 p.m.
