GUIDO, Emilio - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest Emilio Guido on December 5, 2018 at the age of 80. He left this world with his loving wife and children by his side.
Born Amantea, Cosenza, he immigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1965 leaving behind his parents, family and friends. He worked so hard to achieve his dream of a good life to raise his children.
Beloved husband of Rita of 52 years.
Loving father to his daughter Laura and son Massimo. Cherished nonno to his grandchildren Felicia, Victor and Nicolette.
He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends.
Viewing will be held at Scott Funeral Home, 420 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, ON., on Saturday, December 8th, from 2pm to 4pm, and from 6pm to 9pm, and on Sunday, December 9th, from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass at Merciful Redeemer Catholic Church, Erin Mills Centre Blvd., Mississauga, ON., on Monday, December 10th, from 10:00am to 10:45am. Entombment Glendale Memorial Gardens, Toronto.
