PATRICK, Barbara Mae - Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital on December 10, 2018 at the age of 81.
Beloved mother of Steven (Christine) and Gillian (Robert Mutch), cherished grandmother of Elizabeth, Lauren, Thomas and Peter.
Barb enjoyed a life rich with meaningful friendships gathered throughout her career and passion for community service.
Friends are invited to join the family and share their memories at Dixon Garland Funeral Home, Markham on Friday, December 14th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Memorial Service will be held at Grace Anglican Church, 19 Parkway Ave, on Saturday, December 15th at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. There will be a one hour visitation prior to the service.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Markham Stouffville Hospital for their outstanding care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Grace Anglican Church in Markham.
