Passed away peacefully, with his beloved family at his side, at Lakeridge Health Centre - Ajax Site.
Beloved husband and best friend of Jane Brook for over 17 years.
Devoted father of Josh and Sarah. Dear brother of Phill. Uncle of Linda, Dave and many others.
He will be greatly missed by his extended family members and friends.
Family and friends will be received at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home - Scarborough Chapel, 2900 Kingston Road (at McCowan) on Friday from 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 11 a.m., with visitation starting at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at THORNTON CEMETERY, Oshawa.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his honour to SickKids Foundation.
