PRESTA, Margherita - God called Margherita peacefully on January 29, 2019 at the age of 83.
She will be forever missed by her loving husband, Annunziato.
Cherished by her dear children, Francesco (Josie), Pasquale (Mirella) and Antonella (Rico Taraschi).
Proud grandmother to Nunzio (Melissa), Sabrina (Steven Moretti), Alicea (David Aversa), Anthony, Vanessa and Jessica. Adoring great-grandmother to Nicholas, David, Vincent and Leia.
Margherita will always be remembered by her siblings Sebastina, Sebastiano, Maria, Vincenzo and Antonio. Margherita is predeceased by her brother Paolo and sister Lucia.
She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Thursday January 31, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. and on Friday February 1, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday February 2, 2019 at 11:15 a.m. at St. Padre Pio Parish (5500 Major Mackenzie Dr., west of Islington Ave.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7).
