CORDEIRO, Leonel Medeiros - November 20, 1949 - January 31, 2019 - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leonel Medeiros Cordeiro. Surrounded by his loving family, Leonel peacefully passed at Mount Sinai Hospital on
January 31, 2019.
Beloved husband of Teresinha Braga.
Loving Father of Evangelina (Ramiro), Natalie, Stephanie (Tony) and Terezinha (Cristiano).
Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Noah, Gabriel, Madison and Vincent.
Loving brother of Maria Gilda.
Leonel will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends. May he Rest in Peace.
Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Dufferin chapel, Toronto on Friday February 1st, 2019 from 2-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Anthony’s Church, 1041 Bloor Street, Toronto on Saturday February 2nd, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Cancer Society or The Canadian Liver Foundation.
