PEREIRA, Lucinda Raquel Caruncho Ferreira - Passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 13, 2019 at Brampton Civic Hospital at the age of 79 with her two children by her side.
Beloved wife of the late Jose Maria Pereira (2009).
Loving mother of Zira (Andy Kirkpatrick) and Joe (Paola Manotoa).
Cherished grandmother to Jessica (Jason), Chris (Robin), Eden (Felipe), Catarina, Ashley (Philip), Issac and Victoria.
She will also be dearly missed by her great-grandchildren Adriana, Alyssa, Juliana, Nicholas and Santiago.
Dear sister of Laura, Germana, Joaquim, many nieces/nephews and friends around the world.
Predeceased by her parents Jeronimo and Lucinda, sister Maria, brothers Eduardo and Agostinho, and her grandson Timothy.
Lucinda Raquel was the matriarch and rock of our family and will be forever missed and remembered with love and affection. Our hearts are broken with her passing but we find peace in knowing that her suffering has ended and she has gone home to be with our Lord.
Visitation will be held at Brampton Funeral Home, Brampton on February 15th from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM The service will take place in the chapel on February 16th at 1:30 PM.
