Bower Bishop KarenBOWER-BISHOP, Karen Marie - June 7, 1965 – May 26, 2019 at the age of 53 years

After a long battle with cancer I received a call, sort of an offer you can’t refuse, an appointment, I won’t be returning here. This appointment comes with plenty of bonuses. A reunion with friends and family that I’ve missed, 100% job security where I can sing, dance, garden, pop in on loved ones I’m leaving behind etc, all pain free from such a beautiful place.

My God loaned me out to all of you for a great 53 years and I hope I have done good by him with leaving you with some great memories and pray they help you through, not just for now as you grieve but always.

My wonderful husband, Howard of Keswick, Ontario, daughters Tabitha (Dave) of Beamsville, Ontario, Kassandra (Matt) of Keswick, Ontario, an amazing grandson Bentley, a mother Gloria (Fred), sisters Debbie (Dan) and Tina (Mark) all of Alliston, Ontario.

Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. I am never very far from you.

Special thanks to Anita, Craig Ingham for the everyday love, care and support especially the past 2 years, indescribable. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at RVH Barrie, Ontario, Nurses and staff at SRT and Dr K Sutton.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Toronto Sick Kids Hospital would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully one day there will be a cure for cancer so these young ones get to live a full life from cancer treatments.

Cremation has taken place. Service and burial to take place in Nova Scotia. Celebration of life to follow at a later date in Keswick, Ontario.
