Pollard LyrisPOLLARD, Lyris Eurica (née Callender)  –  Lyris went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Saturday June 22, 2019 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She passed away peacefully at her home in Maple.

Lyris was the loving mother of Judy and James; daughter of the late Stanford and Millicent Callender. Sister to Nesta, Walton(recently deceased), Winston, Myrna, and Pauline; and Aunty to many nieces and nephews.

Lyris lived her life in service to others as a Registered Nurse, first in England, then in Canada. Her lifelong commitments were to her faith, family and vocation.

Friends may call at the Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill on Wednesday July 3 from 6-9pm. Service on Thursday at 11am in All Saints Anglican Church, 12935 Keele Street) with visitation one hour prior.

Donations may be made to Hospice Vaughan or to All Saints Anglican Church.
